12 Week CrossFit Camp

You’ve heard of Bootcamp – now we have created the ultimate starter package for those wanting to try CrossFit and use it to become a fitter, stronger, better version of your current self.

Phase 1 – Express Fundamentals
Your CrossFit Journey begins with our Express Fundamentals programme. This 2 hour intensive will provide you with knowledge and know how of a wide variety of movements. .

– You will learn to squat, press and deadlift plus advancements of these.
– We will teach you supplementary movements such as Kettlebells Swings, Wallballs, Rowing technique, Box Jumps, Double Unders.
– You will be taught class flow and structure
– We will show you the basics of Olympic lifting being the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk
– You will have an understanding of the CrossFit methodology and how the “Sport of Fitness” has evolved.

Phase 2 – Testing Weekend.
That very afternoon you have the option to come back and test components of your current level of fitness. This is to draw a definitive line in the sand to see exactly where you are at. This concludes Sunday morning as well with multiple test over the two days.

Phase 3 – Initial Consultation
Includes a 30 min consultation designed to allow us get to know your goals, strengths, weaknesses, food intake and lifestyle approach. We can provide feedback and guidance based on outcomes.

Phase 4 – The Output
12 Weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes to hone your skills, improve your strength and build your engine. There will be tasks along the way. You have to do nothing but turn-up anywhere between 3-6 times per week with an open mind and a willingness to improve and leave the rest up to us.

Phase 5 – The Retest
Another weekend to in similar fashion to the first. We will conduct the same testing measures both Saturday Afternoon and Sunday morning to show you the fruits of your labour. This is to show you just how far you have come.

Phase 6 – Game Day
We will be conducting a rookie comp to test your new found skills and fitness. The aim of the day is fun whilst participating in multiple workouts and varying degrees of difficulty. It nothing you wouldn’t have seen before so don’t stress. Friendly competition is healthy and will bring out a competitive beast within.
