A. Build to a heavy 2 rep deadlift (not a max but a tough) each set is superset with

A2. Banded Monster Walks x 20 steps (10 out and 10 back)

A3. Scapular Retraction x 12-15

Conditioning

B. Using A. take 60% and complete

5 Rounds for time of:

10 Deadlift
400m Run
