A.Deadlift 4 x 5 @ 75% (heavier than 7’s last week)
+
1 x ME at same weight
A2. L-Sit Dumbell Strict Press 8-10 after every set of Deadlifts

Conditioning
Row 45sec Max effort + run 100m
rest 3 Minutes
x 5
