Conditioning

18/15 Cal Sprint on Assault Bike
rest 2:30
x 4

Then
Pullup/Burpee Ladder

Minute 1
1 Pullup + 1 Burpee
Minute 2
2 Pullups + 2 Burpees
Minute 3
3 Pullups + 3 Burpees
etc etc till fail
