B. Deadlift x 5@ 70% of A + 20 Sec Sprint Assault Bike

C. 10 Thrusters 42.5/30 as Fast as possible + 50m Shuttle

rest 2:30 x 4

D. Finisher 3 x Max sets of push-ups (unbroken)
