(Aim to move load crisp and be stable upon receiving the bar)

Conditioning
On a 20 minute Clock
Complete a Large Block run (1000m)
in the remaining time
AMRAP of:

10 Power Snatch 42.5/30
10 Alternating Pistols
10 Pullups
