Those new to the sport or this way of training might look at this and go “oh is that it?”. For others this strikes the fear of god into us. 2000m Max effort time trial is one of the most difficult, workouts you will do if you put every ounce of effort into it.

Give it everything, don’t leave anything in the tank.
