4. Toes To Bar
5. Hang Power Cleans 60/40kg
6. Pullups
7. Cal Row
8 Burpees
9. Box Jumps 24/20
10. Kb SWings
11. DB Thrusters 22.5/15
12. Bar Muscleups

This follows the traditional song 1, 2.1, 3.2.1, 4.3.2.1 etc etc
