Leith Walsh served in the Royal Australian Airforce and sadly passed away 2nd January this year. This workout is close to heart of one of our own, Sean Allen. Sean trained with Leith whilst living in Brisbane.

This workout was written for Leith by some of his fellow service men.

For Time:

71 Back Squats 40/30kg

Then

3 Rounds For Time of:

Run 800m w/ 10/7kg DB or vest

20 Snatches 40/30kg

19 Kettlebell Swings 24/20

Then

71 Back Squats 40/30kg
