Monday is 19.1 25/2/19

The CrossFit Open commenced on Friday for the majority of team output. Monday brings 1st attempts for some and redo attempts for others looking at squeezing maybe a few more calories on the concept 2 or a few reps of wallballs.

Conditioning

CrossFit Open WOD 19.1

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

19 Wallballs 10/6kg
19 Calorie Row
