100 Cal Bike
50 Syncro Clean & Jerk 60/42.5kg
100 Cals Ski
50 Synchro Front Squats 60/42.5kg

  • Row, Bike and Ski Partition as needed.
  • Synchro movements performed together whilst 1 person rests
  • Scale weight as needed
  • Pairs performing synchro movements can use different weights
