Part A – Chelsea

0-15min

EMOM in 15 minutes (alternating rounds with your partner)

  • 5 Pull-Ups
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 15 Air Squats

immediately followed by….

Part B – Daniel

  • 50 Pull-Ups
  • 400 meter Run
  • 21 Thrusters (95/65 lb)
  • 800 meter Run
  • 21 Thrusters (95/65 lb)
  • 400 meter Run
  • 50 Pull-Ups

*run together and partition pull-ups and thrusters as needed.
