Egg & Bacon Cups – A healthy Snack Alternative

  1. Grab a Muffin tin
  2. Pre-Heat Oven 180 degrees
  3. Grease with butter
  4. Break Egg into each
  5. Thinly slice Bacon into 2cm strips
  6. Add a dash of milk into each cup
  7. Add desired amount of bacon
  8. Top with grated cheese
  9. Place in oven for 20-25 (time may vary depending on oven)
  10. Let cool for 5 mins before removing from muffin tin with a spoon

Add in any ingredients you like: Avo, Tomato, Onion, Capsicum
