1 Toes-to-bar

2 Dumbbell Deadlifts, 20/15 kg

2 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans, 20/15 kg

2 Alternating Front Rack Reverse Lunges, 20/15 kg

2 Toes-to-bars

3….. Continue adding 1 rep to each movement each round until time expires.
