Hang Power Clean 35/25kg or KB Swings 16/8

Box Jumps 24/20 or Box Step Ups 20Inch

Push Press 35/25kg or Dumbell Push Press 12.5/8kg

Burpees/ Body Builders 

rest 1 Min X 5
