7 deadlifts, 155 lb. ​

7 box jumps, 24/20″

Then, 5 minutes AMRAP:

Turkish get-ups, 20/16kg

Then, 5 minutes AMRAP:

7 snatches, 35/25kg​

7 push-ups

Then, 5 minutes of: ​ Rowing for max calories

Rest 1 minute between stations.
