Group Training

This is for those that are wanting social interaction and to be apart of awesome community group class is a must. Currently 27 classes per week. Classes are 1 hour in duration with an even balance of Strength, Skill & Conditioning. If you are wanting to increase your overall fitness this is a must. Our group classes are aimed toward gerneral physical preparedness. Variety is key, rountine is the enermy. We cater for the person that hasn’t done anything physical before to the seasoned athlete.
